According to Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information, organisations performing a public function must also publish their public data on the Internet. Detailed rules for the electronic publication of data of public interest and public data in the public interest are regulated by Government Decree 305/2005 (of December 25) on the detailed rules for the electronic publication of data of public interest and public data in the public interest, data integration on the unified public data search system and the data content of the central register.
